If $5m EBIT, lets say its off $15m at 10%, minus interest and tax will give $2.5m. There could be some payments made off the earn out for a few years, but at a market capital of $23m.... I think the market is valuing the litigation business at 0 and 0 growth in disbursement arm. Any good litigation news, and this should fly...
