The timeline yes, assumptions can only be made without knowing the actual cases, however; if a case is sttled (95%) of cases we cash, of cases that go to trial 74% involve a counter claim. The counterclaim is judged as a separate decision so even if we lose we cash in these cases. The downside is that the 800million value of the claims is realistically much less than that - but it doesn't impact that much, we are a tiny little 21m MC.
The value is undoubtedly there, with settlements it shouldn't be years; however I think Alf is correct in saying that people will get impatient at no news over next 6 weeks. This is a Medium/Long Term stock. No value for short term growth or traders here unless a SOPH comes on board and noone except insiders can predict that.
