Joyce Corporation (ASX:JYC) is preparing to divulge outcomes from an offer received to sell an investment property.
The Australian Stock Exchange has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
In December 2014 the company said that it expected revenue to finish with a consistent growth in double digits.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 4th February 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
