Yep so ....

in the announcement of 27th March they said they were ' locking down ' the operations due to COVID-19 as per there comments as follows :-

" The Company has decided to shut in oil production as at 31 March 2020 and willbegin staff reductions as soon as possible. " and

" A restructure plan has been formulated and staffing levels are expected to bereduced over the coming month, with staffing levels to be reduced from 37 to ~7 bythe end of April 2020. All employees leaving the Company will be paid entitlementsas per Kazakh employment law. "

To basically the Russian Government ' shifting production and sales ' offshore to it's Venezuelan oil producing assets on 31st March 2020 - ( probably as an opportunity to dump / channel product into the U.S markets as they ( the US ) support their own industry economy and OPEC )

To this updated ' retraction ' in the 14th April Announcement as :-

" The announcement made by the company on the 27th March 2020 outlined the decision to shut in all production from 31st March 2020 , as the proposed economics for continuing production were not viable. "

A revised prepayments proposal from the ' local trader ' as well as cost cutting ......yadda yadda

Staffing levels have still been reduced , however local workforce will now only decrease from 37 to 25 " .......yadda yadda

And also on the 14th March ,

" Other than production, the focus in Aktau will be on finalising the CommercialProduction Contract for the Akkar East oilfield as well as completing the FinalReserves Report for the Akkar North (East Block) oilfield "

And from the Trading Halt today :-

" that the Company is able to make an informedannouncement to better explain this recent trading activity "
