That's the way Jindalee operate.
So yes, they will take it to the point where they can get maximum value for their investment, then offload it to the highest bidder.
I can only see the "bidders" market getting stronger and stronger with the progress of Thacker Pass and the US need for Lithium (let alone global need for Lithium).
