Yes, fair call @Obi, I imagined they would go to market and book build as they will do anyway, but that all holders would get something to retain value.
Same thing happened years ago with Sheffield and Carawine, only a modest allocation to holders, and I believe most would have stumped up for more as well. It was a just but modest reward for the value stripped from the parent company's holding.
It's all academic now anyway, but still disappointing.
