    Its for a capital raising if you scroll down the ASX announcement to the the second page you will be able to read it.

    I think this is one of the reasons why the shareprice has not appreciated with the news of the the opening up of the the Eloise copper mine and the good drilling results with BHP.

    Once the capital raising is done we should be up and going imho.
