Well, as far as I can read, there is no ground breaking news here. Just a bit of information as to how much money they made and how it all works with Edelweiss. Then the hint that they are trying to become a listed company. Clearly a response to the action NWT took by referring the case to the takeover panel.

Not sure what to make of it. I believe that they will proceed as quick as possible. The deal would be at risk should NWT be able to release some news about significant contracts before the takeover. And I feel that this is exactly what's going to happen here. So maybe they are getting a bit nervous?

Mind you Jabiru should have progressed and maybe, just maybe there is something coming there that would vaporise the offer. I'm starting to think that EWC is not at all interested in dragging this along for too much longer if they are serious about the bid. Every day they wait is a day closer to a finalised deal in the NWT camp.
