But he in effect did do this, at the meeting, when (as reported by Barry) he estimated that the share price would be heading towards 20c, mentioned the "suiting up", etc. That meeting was just as much in the public domain as an ASX announcement - Blood's opinion may well have been that the meeting was THE event, and if you can't be bothered to attend, look out!

I agree with those posters who say that too much is being read into the delay. There are always delays.
