    Aug 31 (Reuters) - Joyce Corporation Ltd (JYC)

    • FY profit from continuing operation activities after tax up 46 pct to $5.8 million
    • FY revenues from ordinary activities (excludes property revaluations) up 43.4 pct to $81.1 million
    • Declared special dividend of 3.0 cents per share and ordinary dividend of 3.0 cents per share
