If there is enough well to change direction then a fresh management personnel could be introduced, someone with experience in the new acquisition they chose etc. , that is how it works best.

One thing to learn from the past is that Jason had the experience that matched the project so well that achieving results was a given, so he got the funding deal that many people doubted will ever happen, he also installed the site labs and 2 off take deals etc, but once he's gone things started to go "south".

Anyways, these are just thoughts, what do you guys think ?
