They have a minumum number of wells they had to drill in 314 to retain it. It's more than one, I think it may have been three, but it's been a while so I'm not sure. So I think Grace is a go either way to fulfill the commitment and lock it in, and Elvie would definetly sweeten the pot for a farm in. So they make Elvie the third well.
