    Aug 10 (Reuters) - Kasbah Resources Ltd (KAS) :

    • Asian Minerals Resources to acquire Kasbah Resources (KAS)
    • Board has unanimously recommended that all Kasbah shareholders vote in favour of the transaction in the absence of a superior proposal
    • Says total number of new AMR shares to be issued under the transaction will be approximately 722.8 million
    • Says major shareholders of Kasbah Holding, 26.7% of Kasbah's issued share capital, agreed to vote in favour of the transaction
