    Sept 5 (Reuters) - KBL Mining Ltd (KBL) :

    • Is negotiating agreements that alleviates pressure on the company's cashflow
    • Says relevant approvals to undertake an agreed restructuring are expected to be initiated in the next few months
    • "Production recommenced at the pearse open cut in mid July 2016, however has been slower than anticipated"
