June 13 (Reuters) - KBL Mining Ltd (KBL) :

• On June 4, 2016, cracking occurred beneath the haul access road in the pearse

  pit at co's mineral hill, NSW project

• Cracking has resulted in loss of access to the current ore mining zone
• KBL expects that event will result in cessation of ore being processed

  through flotation section of treatment plant for some 4 -5 weeks

• Initial estimates of the cost of remediation will be up to approximately $1

  million
