They can mine for gold in a revised more efficient pit with new valuable leases with far greater exploration rights in the middle of a goldfield with repetitive structures with gold at much much higher price for the gold that is mined and can make use of the plant that it owns on land that it owns for at least another 10 years with an opportunity to apply for an extension and float off a portion of the business on the Thai Stock exchange.
