    March 6 (Reuters) - Kimberley Diamonds Ltd (KDL) :

    • Undertaking a non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer of new kdl

      ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.10 per new share

    • Non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer to raise up to approximately $4

      million

    • Funds raised by the offer will be used for costs associated with commencement

      of production of Lerala diamond mine in Botswana
