    Jan 27 (Reuters) - Kimberley Diamonds Ltd (KDL)

    • Will be undertaking non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer of new shares at issue price of $0.02 per share to raise about $4.1 million
    • Funds raised by offer may be used for costs associated with operation of Lerala diamond mine and repayment of some existing loans
