Sorry to bring an old thread to the fore, but as my first proxy I wanted to be sure. I went off to the site where I could put my paltry no vote in and it is not a direct vote but giving proxy to chair or someone I know. Can I assume if I define chair that there will also be the option to define 'no'? Didn't want to risk giving the chair another few numbers to use at his discretion given their form with contemptible decision making.
