There’s a possibility an offer has been made. KDR saying to the market that other bidders are welcome. Can’t see them handing over any mineral rights without retaining a customary royalty over any production. Any additional cash helps fund KDR’s share of the integrated lithium development cost and lessening the chance of shareholders being asked to chip in equity. At the very least some market value around the other assets may become known.
