Whilst I am happy with movement it is a very lack luster announcement ! However something is better than nothing !!
I do not believe it is in shareholder best interests to farm out as KDR would only sit back with a free carried interest, this doesn’t create much value for shareholder should it proceed or be elected.
When and not if KDR gets taken out and the BOD will be gone, why not do an IPO spin out and maximize shareholder wealth, seems more logical to me !!
Or do a gold consolidation with CLZ and others in belt that are struggling to increase gold resource potential !!
Get on with it, amateurish !!!
