    • UPDATES ON SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT UNDER WHICH WESFARMERS UNIT WILL ACQUIRE KIDMAN
    • SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT UNDER WHICH WESFARMERS LITHIUM WILL ACQUIRE ALL OF ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN KIDMAN IS NOW LEGALLY EFFECTIVE
    • KIDMAN WILL APPLY FOR ITS SHARES TO BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON ASX WITH EFFECT FROM CLOSE OF TRADING ON SEPT 13
