$1.90 is low but i reckon that's what will go through.

Risk of no deal and the SP having a big drop significantly and opportunity cost having capital tied up is not worth waiting around for months to get $1.90 or a long shot better deal IMO. I got out at around a $1.88 average with my last 2*20,000 KDR shares. Happy with that as opposed to $1.90 in 3 months or whatever.

Hope that long shot better offer comes through for you guys still holding. KDR has been a pretty shite/stressful stock to have held shares in the last 3 years.
