How do we read this? First of all, it's NOT a done deal. They still have to cross two hurdles in the vote. The % of shares that vote "Yes" and the number of individual holders that vote "Yes" Secondly, if I was going into a battle the first thing I'd try to do is demoralise the opposition and convince them that they're going to lose. The opposition is all us holders that currently intend to vote "No" So don't let their apparent confidence get under your skin. This battle is far from a done deal. I think they also said something along the lines that the Lynas deal isn't yet dead in the water either. Talk about LOL...... GLTAH
