Kogi Iron (KFE), one of Australia's listed companies, has completed two-phase capital raising to push the financial feasibility study of the Agbaja Plateau project in west Africa and raised up to US$2 million.
The project of Agbaja was the iron ore and cast steel mill project located in the Kogi State, Southern Nigeria in West Africa.
David Turvey, Managing Director of Kogi Iron, said that Nigeria was Africa’s second-largest economy, the company got of fourth mining lease earlier this month and has been very successfully advancing of the project.
However, the project was anticipated to take about 12 months to complete.
