You are in good hands with Dennis Woods steering the ship. I have known him and worked with him since 1980. Sharp mind. Not your usual CEO or Chairman. Put own money in and he always guards his own money. Suspect he would not want to add loads more into this stock so you may not see an offer to all holders. Just my guess.
