it was priced for perfection even though it had technical problems (wall collapse), or was purchasing assets in markets with questionable operational and legal processes, not to mention dependency on one client who held all the pricing power.
Considering they bought the asset for $3m cash, the management team have done well.
Shareholders who were in early also did well. I doubt they will be able to raise capital again after this... so they better tighten their purse strings and get rid of the more expensive management... i didn't see that on their list of ways to redeploy capital efficiently.

becoming more transparent re production volumes (ie monthly reporting) may also be required. if they want shareholders confidence
