    If Sproule and Harper had been left alone,the placement offerred taken up at 30 cents  a 72% loss in value may not have happenned


    Consulting engineers have a vested interest in promoting their own EPCM contracts,Sproule generates little profit for consulting engineers


    Why would the new board commission a report if it did not give them the answer they wanted
