he's right. RIO, BHP and FMG all raising capacity simultaneously to "take advantage of record high IO prices." So what happens once they flood the market with excess capacity? Murphy's law dictates new supply comes online just as demand drops off, and even if it doesn't they tip the market into oversupply and the price remains depressed for 10 years.
