KKT seems like such an obvious target IMO, operating in all of APM's business lines and trading on such low multiples.
As others have pointed out though, there appears to be valuation anomaly with KKT and even a $0.60 cent bid (>100% premium to current MV) would likely unsettle holders with a long-term view
