and yet after 9 years with the company one of the directors still has zero shares in the company. Also, I may be wrong, but I don’t believe they have ever been paid a cent in those 9 years either….all fees have been accrued.
why would you do (26 meetings a year) for no return and have no skin in the game? Same deal at Polymetallica?
