Aust copper has 1 tenement left at Mt Elephant. The rest is now applied for by Rheingold, and others through RIC (Rheingold Investments Corp) tenement services. It has been taken out of the KOR portfolio and held by others under Rheingold's control.
Back to the forfeiture, correct it is not uncommon to surrender a tenement. But why would a cash strapped company spend a lot of lawyer's fees for multiple hearings and paperwork to then decide to surrender it???
