    just gotta love your "enthusiasm" for any opportunity to down ramp this project LOLOL...

    "KOR would be best to sell the Winchester deposit to a company with the finances capable of developing the project ,,,they might get $ 3-4 mill for it."....

    really? you think that is just worth $3-4 million to KOR to sell it NOW after almost all the ducks are lining up - NOI could go in today / tomorrow - with approval in its due course... there isn't much to do after that - THIS IS NOT DEEP MINING OPERATION, this is just a quarry (at surface)...
