IMO, Given it was ....... a small Placement / Price Sensitive / Trading Halt announcement material, imo means that the NOI to mine is still likely to be some time off because if a NOI was to be announced by the end of this month as previously advised (with riders attached to it off course) which is due in a few days time, then there could be issue taken if the s/price was to then suddenly rise because of a NOI being announced to the market just after a recent placement....just my view !!! IMO, it also makes no sense to me as to why they needed a small placement to be done now before the supposed announcement of the NOI unless of course they needed the funds quickly now to pay the NOI advisors costs of and other incidental fees payable for the lodgement of the NOI and other operating costs.
