What is the point of raising capital if Korab still needs to file the NOI? A prepayment by consumers is a preferable way to get capital as it will not dilute. If the $2.6m is raised on the market at current prices we get diluted by at least 25% extra shares. Should they get warrants dilution will be worse. I am invested in this company for the long run, and I'd rather wait than get unnecessarily diluted. Even if KOR does a cap raise you're still going to have to wait for the NOI, the expanded mining plan, the offtake agreements, the third party kiln agreements etc. No point in now developing the quarry based on the previous mining plan if you want to use the new mining plan, and you can't develop the quarry based on the new plan because it hasn't een approved yet.
