while the quantum of the profit (and the graph) is breathtaking, the fact they’ve put it out after just 3 months is also quite remarkable. Essentially they are saying that q1 plus the booked work in hand (and maybe a conservative amount of day to day work already exceeds 8mil (-0.5mil for the gain on sale)). So if they have a reasonable or even strong day to day workload in q2, I see them exceeding 8mil by some margin.
