10 years since Fortis did the IPO and 9 years since it began chasing Potash with the same "Madame" and Executive draining the company through exorbitant salaries and options for "Consulting" and trading through various related entities. But here in Australia, neither ASX nor ASIC seem to do anything. Sorry state of affairs, the stock at IPO was around $0.20 and it reached $8.00 with the old management, look at it now, Satimola couldn't make the mines work, what on earth are these people going to do?
