What does it really matter? The holders of the oppies will be no diff to the holders of the shares. We paid them up and we can flick them or buy more. I've bought more. If the company pulls it's finger out we will all win well, if they don't then we lose. I don't see the listing of the new shares as a huge liquidity event at all. The liquidity event was the pending expiry of the oppies and the need for many to raise cash to pay them up.
