• Issue related to certain parts of company's pakar concessions that had an overlap with a third-party coal concession
• Co has relinquished certain areas of three concessions that had an overlap with this third-party coal concession
• Reached resolution on one of key issues that is required by department of energy and mineral resources
• Relinquishment will have effect of reducing certain previously reported reserves and resources in those concessions
• Resolution in relation to clear way to obtaining "clear and clean" status for coal concessions in pakar area of east kalimantan.
