    Aug 22 (Reuters) - Kangaroo Resources Ltd (KRL) :

    • Updates on legal action concerning overlap of five of company's coal concessions with PT. Senyiur Sukses Pratam
    • On Aug. 18, Jakarta High Court held on appeal that SSP committed a fatal procedural flaw
    • Net result of Jakarta High Court's decision is that co's rights to overlapped portions of concessions have been confirmed
    • Procedural flaw was SSP filing legal suit against East Kalimantan's provincial government beyond 90 days from cause of action
