Agree totatlly - I attended the presentation (and also met Dr Pretorius) and If I was a shareholder i would wholeheartedly vote pretorius - Dr Branch - you're in the wrong game. I'm an accountant and I work with allot of technology companies. After 9 months of working with Technologies companies, I can't claim to be a technology expert. Dr Branch, you're kidding yourself to think you can be a REE expert. Regardless, KRB is an explorer, not a mettaliferous application provider. If that's what you want to do, show some respect to your shareholders and stand aside.
Also, any claim that the NYSE/ NASDAQ Rules support the fact that not owning shares is a good thing is a cop-out. Your'e interests are aligned with those that pay your wages.fullstop.
