Share price has had a fair run up over the last month. AGM trading update was consistent with previous approach of advising trading was still good but expressing uncertainty on what the future holds. AGM did stress property holdings and detail a couple of new property developments for the business, raising that underlying property value may be better understood.
Anyone else put their finger on why the share has run from the mid to the high $2’s?
