- Newly merged asx listed ksn will be focused on gold and lithium development and exploration in Australia and Papua New Guinea
- Upon completion of deal, WCB shareholders will own 31% and KSN shareholders will own about 69% of combined co
- Directors of both WCB and KSN unanimously support merger
