    • KINGWEST BOARD UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMENDS REVISED SCHEME
    • KINGWEST SHAREHOLDERS TO RECEIVE 1 BRIGHTSTAR SHARE FOR EVERY 0.38 SHARES
    • UPON IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHEME, KINGWEST SHAREHOLDERS WILL HOLD ABOUT 47% OF MERGED GROUP
