As others have already commented totally do not understand the use of ATM which is simply backstabbing yourself. This is good news so why don’t you let the price increase and over a period of time and then be transparent and do a mild raise as necessary. This is the same repeated mistakes over and over. We do need some changes in leadership at the top, eg board as well, that can provide more expert advice on this subject.
Also, didn’t the latest update indicate potential partnership as the potential for the next capital raise?

I wish our larger shareholders have an ability to influence some changes through their voting power and sooner than later.
