Can only assume finance options with strategic partners were unsuccessful. Very poor form to provide a date for update and allow it to lapse without comment.
Don't think there will be much of a company by the time the AGM rolls around.
I am waiting on call from co. If anyone has further info, sharing would be appreciated.
