not sure if anyone can clarify here but given ten has accumulated losses now over $1.5 billion, would that entity the new owner to tax free profit until earnings reduced this to NIL? Based on tax rate of 30% that could be a $450 million windfall in tax savings to the new owner.
Would be great if someone could clarify as not 100% sure.
