Dunno why you hold, in that case ... maybe you could offer him the benefit of your extensive experience in negotiating with aboriginal groups, and enforcing the timetables that have been agreed to.
Each to his own. I don't really care how many shares a director holds. I appreciate much more a conservative, steady-as-she-goes approach from a company rather than lots of hype, disappointment and missed deadlines. No speculation from this company as to what the JORC might be.
