Aint that the truth! I've got nothing against CR to reinvest into the business to earn us (common stockholders) an outsized return .... but this is a rubbish raising. Hated the structure of the previous raise and hate this one even more.
Not all that sure I will remain a shareholder post BFS ... mgmt should be reminded of who they work for and if this is the best they can achieve for this quality of project then find another job. Sorry to be so blunt but this is extremely disappointing AFAIC.
