Here is something else, a little bit of history which you already know. However, I think its an opportune time to refresh your memory.

I have a list of the Top 20 Shareholders as at 22 April 2021. No 20 had 2,646,531 shares. The Investor did not appear to be on the list. The then share price was $0.175. Any damage the Investor could do was already done.

The share price rose very quickly to $0.30 on the back of a couple of good announcements. Heads of Agreement, Facility Agreement. The share price hovered in the mid to low twenties until the TH on 15 June 2021.

At which time, the $18 million Capital Raising was announced. Everything then went pear shaped. It didn't need help from anyone, it did it all on its own. It might suggest that the market is not always impressed when a company which has no income decides to raise capital. The BOD has to do what it has to do, but I hope that the previous situation is not an omen for what is to come.
